Learn from the best

We want you to benefit from all our experience and expertise and have everything you need to get your new business off the ground, and make sure we leave absolutely nothing to chance. Your journey will start with a comprehensive 3 week training plan designed to make sure you have all the skills and confidence you need to make the most of this opportunity.

If you’re not planning to work in the store yourself, you will still need to attend some, if not all, of the training alongside your intended store manager.

The first 3-5 days will be classroom based and include:

You (and your Store Manager, if relevant) will then spend 2 weeks working in one of the Udderlicious outlets in London, and at our Head Office, where you will gain practical experience of how to conduct your day-to-day operations.

We also want to make sure that you learn everything you need to know about how we interact with our customers here at Udderlicious. Our outstanding service, as well as our style and passion for the job, are a huge part of why we are so successful. We want to make sure we pass on that passion to you.
